The Metro Valley Study Session recommends SBCTA enter Cooperative Agreement No. 25-1003340 with the City of San Bernardino for $4,600,000 to deliver PID, environmental, design, and right-of-way phases of the SR 210 Del Rosa Avenue Interchange Project, with funding split between City and Measure I Valley Freeway Interchange funds. The action also includes an exception to SBCTA Policy VFI-3 to commit funding only through the ROW phase.
