Lubbock Public Health plans to enter an agreement with Lubbock County Hospital District dba University Medical Center valued at up to $276,028 over five years to access the Epic Electronic Health Record system. UMC will heavily subsidize implementation and early operating costs, enabling the City to transition from Cerner to Epic and improve care coordination and data sharing.
