Norwalk Schools and Parks Finalize Perpetual Joint Use Pact

The Norwalk Public School District/Board of Education entered into an interagency Joint Use Agreement with the City of Norwalk Recreation and Parks Department to share facilities and sports fields at no charge between agencies. The agreement grants NPS first scheduling priority, NRP secondary use and third-party scheduling authority, and establishes shared maintenance, scheduling, and review procedures on a perpetual basis with five-year amendment reviews.
