UTILITIES

Initial term of twenty (20) years from Effective Date, with up to three (3) automatic additional ten (10) year renewal terms unless either party gives ninety (90) days written notice before term end

Initial 20-year term beginning on the Effective Date. Agreement automatically renews for up to three additional 10-year terms at the then-current franchise fee unless either party gives ninety (90) days written notice of intent to terminate before the end of the then-current term and there is no uncured material breach. Upon termination without extension or replacement, Wire 3 is prohibited from further right-of-way access absent a new franchise.
