VCU Expands Building Envelope A/E Term Contract Limits

Virginia Commonwealth University plans to amend its existing term contract with Raymond Engineering for building envelope architectural/engineering services, raising the per-term spending cap to $10 million with a $2.5 million per-project limit in line with updated state law. The amended term contracts will remain optional-use and may be renewed through June 30, 2030 for small capital and maintenance projects.
