January 1, 2015 – December 31, 2015, automatically extending for successive one-year terms unless terminated with 90 days’ notice

MOU commenced January 1, 2015 and continues through December 31, 2015, with automatic one-year renewals unless either party gives at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of the current term. Obligations depend on annual appropriations and any amendments must be in writing signed by both parties.
