Description

The Town of Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County maintain an ongoing Memorandum of Understanding to consolidate and manage lodging tax revenues for tourism promotion via the Pagosa Springs Area Tourism Board. The MOU took effect January 1, 2015, for an initial one-year term and renews automatically each year unless either party gives timely notice.
