Elwood, Harborfields approve 2026-27 special education contract

Elwood UFSD approved an inter-district contract with Harborfields Central School District for provision of special education services to Elwood-resident students from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Harborfields will bill Elwood monthly for actual costs under Education Law Section 3602-c, with payment due within 45 business days. The agreement allows adjustments as students or services change and includes mutual indemnification and defined dispute resolution procedures.
