The Board will consider approving a call-when-needed agreement with CAL FIRE under which CAL FIRE may request use of the County-managed wildfire suppression helicopter for State Responsibility Area incidents and reimburse the County for flight hours. The arrangement enhances regional aerial firefighting capacity.
