Canaseraga, Avoca districts sign special education pact

Canaseraga Central School District enters into an intermunicipal cooperative agreement with Avoca Central School District for 2025-26 to accept Avoca special education student placements in its self-contained classroom. Avoca will pay FTE-based annual tuition invoiced twice during the year, with provisions for prorated payment and termination on notice.
