Perry Village Council authorized execution of a 2026 Energized Community Grant Agreement with the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC). The agreement provides grant funding for local energy efficiency and infrastructure projects and automatically renews annually while the Village remains a NOPEC member.
