The Committee of the Whole is considering a recommendation that City staff work with the Kamloops Centre for the Arts Society to finalize a Memorandum of Understanding for the Kamloops Centre for the Arts and to bring the final agreement to Council for approval. Staff would also support the Society in establishing a new not‑for‑profit entity to operate the future arts centre.
