Description
The Municipality of Port Hope is proposing a three-year extension of a Temporary Use By-law allowing Canadian Nuclear Laboratories to continue operating offices, laboratories, training facilities, soil sample storage, and parking at 196 Toronto Road and 2267 Baulch Road in support of the Long-Term Waste Management Facility. The extension would run to May 2029 under Draft By-law XX-2026 and replaces the original 2023 temporary permissions.
