Lake Hamilton staff are seeking Council approval of a supplemental professional services agreement with Pennoni under the existing master engineering contract to perform planning and facilities plan preparation for the SAHM-funded water project. The work will be funded through SAHM grant monies tied to the State Revolving Fund loan and is required by FDEP prior to releasing full project funding.
