As part of Erie County DPW’s Borden Road reconstruction Phase 2, CATCO replaced over 6,000 feet of sanitary sewer and associated structures, with remaining sewer-related work to resume in the spring after winter shutdown. The project includes final manhole grading and punch list completion.
