The County will amend its contract with Dalke & Sons Construction, Inc. for the Sheriff SID Orange and Blue Labs Remodel, increasing the base contract by $247,572.05 and extending the completion date to July 28, 2026. An additional Change Order No. 2 of $89,534.43 will bring the total contract amount to $7,230,414.97 to cover owner‑directed changes and unforeseen work.
