MDTA Seeks Retroactive Approval of Strayer MOU

The Maryland Transportation Authority reported on its existing Memorandum of Understanding with Strayer University, under which MDTA funds 100% of tuition costs for eligible employees to attend affordable, accredited programs. The MOU, renewed through June 8, 2021, is being sent to the Board of Public Works for retroactive approval due to its classification as a service contract with a for-profit institution.
