Central Community College Administration Interior Update Report 2026-05-18

Central Community College’s president recommends awarding the Administration Building interior update project at the Columbus campus to B-D Construction, Inc. for $212,000. The contractor would provide all labor and materials for flooring replacement, painting, and related interior finish work funded from FY 25-26 and FY 26-27 capital budgets.
