RPS may, at its sole discretion and upon mutual written agreement, renew the contract for four (4) successive one (1) year periods with limited, CPI-based or 3% maximum price increases. RPS may also extend the then-current term by up to eleven (11) months solely to complete work already undertaken, with no additional consideration above contracted pricing.
