Monte Vista Water District’s Capital Asset Management Committee is asked to recommend Board approval of a construction contract with Dominguez General Engineering, Inc. for the Arrow Highway Pipeline Replacement Project EN2026-90, in a not-to-exceed amount of $1,810,625 plus contingency. The project will replace nearly 3,900 feet of aging water main ahead of City of Montclair paving, funded by a transfer of $2,082,219 from reserves.
