ESCWR and West Geauga approve FY27 Achieve MOU

The Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with West Geauga Local School District for the FY27 West Geauga-ESCWR Achieve (CC) Program. West Geauga will provide academic and non-academic services to ESCWR program students, bill ESCWR quarterly based on prorated use, and ESCWR will in turn bill students' home districts. The agreement is effective August 1, 2026, and remains in force until modified or terminated in writing by ESCWR.
