The Board approved a Bay Restoration Fund grant of up to $8,397,000 to ShoreRivers, Inc. for the Stumpf Farm Stream Restoration project along the Sassafras River in Cecil County. The 16,000-foot restoration will be maintained and monitored for 20 years under a performance-based nitrogen reduction agreement.
