Initial term is August 29, 2026 through July 03, 2027 and the agreement may be renewed an unlimited number of times at billable rates acceptable to both parties. Upon two unpaid invoices within the term, the vendor may terminate services immediately. If the district wishes to directly hire vendor personnel after the agreement, it must either give 180 days notice while continuing to staff through the vendor at 37 hours per week or pay an $8,000 placement fee. Services may be paused or terminated due to lack of payment and can be reinstated at the 30-day evaluation billing model. Auto-renewal is not specified; renewals require mutual agreement on rates.
