The Town of Derry is continuing its Master Development Agreement with Lansing Melbourne Group (LMG) for the Abbott Court parking garage and residential development project. LMG serves as Construction Manager under a guaranteed not-to-exceed budget that includes contingency to cover costs such as the 17 South Avenue property acquisition. The engagement remains in effect under prior Resolution #2024-066.
