The Unified Government continues to implement its development agreement with the American Royal Association, under which the developer pays a $5 million origination fee and annual payments of $1,315,789.48 for up to 19 years. A new resolution allocates an additional $2.66 million of these funds for strategic economic development and infrastructure uses.
