Agreement runs from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027 and may be terminated on 120 days’ written notice or for material breach with at least 30 days to cure; continued participation is subject to annual budget appropriation under the non-appropriation clause. A Facility Lease Agreement associated with this program is to be renewed in accordance with its own terms.
