Description

The Town of Richmond plans to enter into an agreement with the Richmond Sno-Rovers Club to provide maintenance of local snowmobile trails, funded by 50% of state snowmobile registration revenues. In exchange, the Club will keep its trail system open to the public for free snowmobile use during the snow season.
