Hyde County is considering approval of an interlocal agreement with Pitt County under which Pitt will provide Level 3 building, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical inspections for school construction in Hyde County. Hyde will reimburse Pitt for hourly personnel costs and travel-related expenses, and the agreement will run until an occupancy permit for the school is issued or is otherwise terminated.
