La Porte City is set to execute a three‑year emergency services agreement with Public Consulting Group LLC to manage GEMT Medicaid cost reporting and supplemental payment support. PCG will receive 9% of the federal share of GEMT reimbursements received by the City between July 2026 and June 2029.
