The City of Airdrie engaged BILD Calgary Region in an intensive bi-weekly consultation from July 2025 through early 2026 to refine the Community Facilities Off-site Levy Study and proposed rates for recreation and fire hall infrastructure. BILD submitted a March 24, 2026 letter outlining support for non-community facility levies and concerns about recreation levy impacts on housing affordability.
