City staff recommended that Blackwater Golf Club enter into two 60‑month lease agreements with Yamaha for 66 new golf carts and 2 utility carts totaling $5,157.70 per month beginning May 1, 2026. As part of the deal, Yamaha would purchase the City’s current 60‑cart fleet for $111,000 to offset the remaining lease balance and prior purchases.
