Orion Township approved a legal services contract with STAG LIUZZA, LLC for representation in 3M and DuPont Public Drinking Water Settlements related to PFAS litigation. Compensation is a 33.3% contingency fee only if a recovery is obtained, with 75% to STAG LIUZZA, LLC.
