Contra Costa Water District plans to execute a Letter of Agreement with the City of Concord for valve can replacements tied to the City’s Residential Paving Phase F Project, in an amount not to exceed $242,000. The work will replace and adjust approximately 220 water valve cans plus contingency within the paving project area, funded through CCWD’s FY 2027 Pipeline Renewal and Replacement Program.
