Belleview is considering approval of a Developer's Agreement with Mark Martin LLC to extend City water and sewer service to the Pine Village manufactured home park at 10195 SE 36th Ave. Under the agreement the developer will build and warrant utility infrastructure, pay system development charges, and grant easements while the City assumes long-term operation of off-site and certain on-site facilities.
