Initial 24‑month term from full execution; RPS may, at its sole discretion and by mutual written agreement, renew for up to four successive one‑year periods. Price increases may be negotiated only at renewal and are capped at the lesser of 3% over the prior term or the CPI-U ‘Other Services’ category change. RPS may also extend the current term up to 11 months solely to complete work already assigned, with no additional consideration beyond contracted pricing.
