The City of Highland will enter into a Cooperative Agreement with Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation and the Successor Agency to the Highland Redevelopment Agency to place the San Manuel Village Property into trust for non-gaming purposes. The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and any related documents to implement this land-use arrangement.
