Joint industrial park agreement for USA Rare Earth

Spartanburg County Council is considering an ordinance to enter into a joint industrial and business park agreement with Cherokee County for USA Rare Earth, Inc., also known as Project Liberty. The agreement will govern fee-in-lieu-of-tax payments and revenue sharing between the counties over a 50-year term.
