The Town of Apex plans to enter into a reimbursement agreement with the North Carolina Department of Transportation for preliminary engineering and right-of-way costs for the Olive Chapel Road and Apex Barbecue Road operational improvements project. The Town will pay up to $447,860 for 35% of estimated costs and 100% of any such costs above the estimate, with execution authority granted to the Town Manager.
