District MOU With The Community Reach For Therapy

University City School District plans to enter into an MOU with The Community Reach (TCR) to provide Medicaid-funded, school-based individual therapy services for the 2026–2027 academic year at no direct cost to the district. TCR will supply licensed clinicians to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health care to Medicaid-enrolled students on campus.
