Metropolitan Mulls 25-Year License With CDFW

The Metropolitan Water District is considering authorization for the General Manager to execute a new long‑term license agreement with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife for use of Metropolitan property near Diamond Valley Lake and Lake Skinner. The mutual-benefit agreement, with an initial five-year term and four five-year renewal options, will allow storage of boats, law enforcement vehicles, and equipment to support conservation law enforcement and fishery protection with all license fees waived.
