MOU is effective through August 31, 2027 and may be renewed annually; either party may terminate by written notice no later than the first business day in November with termination effective at the end of the fall semester after a teach-out plan for enrolled students. Non-appropriation by either party or lack of legislative funding to TJC may also affect performance.
