Athens-Clarke County selected Hogan Construction Group, LLC as the highest scoring firm for professional design and construction administration services for the SPLOST 2020 Eastside Library Project and authorized negotiations for a not-to-exceed $11,000,000 construction contract. The Mayor and staff will finalize and execute the agreement once negotiations are complete.
