The Board is being asked to authorize Tri-Tech Construction to close portions of Dodge Street’s north lane and sidewalk in phases from June 2026 through August 2027 to install a new 8-inch water main for the Stewart House Addition. The project replaces an undersized 4-inch main and will be supported by full traffic control measures.
