Contract automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless an amendment or new contract is executed by both parties at least 60 days before the end date. Hourly rate increases by 3%, rounded to the nearest dollar, for each renewal year; either party may terminate without cause on 90 days’ notice or with cause on at least 30 days’ notice.
