The City Council approved the Ninth Amendment to the Agreement of May 5, 1983, between the City of Burlington and Shelburne Limestone Corporation, allowing Shelburne Limestone Corporation to continue receiving wood chips and load rail cars through December 31, 2018. The rates remain the same for 2016 and slightly in excess for 2017 and 2018.
