Five (5) years from the later of equipment installation (scoreboard signage, sign cabinet) or delivery (scoretable), with automatic one-year renewals thereafter unless terminated with 60 days’ written notice prior to an anniversary

Initial term of five years from the later of equipment installation or delivery, after which the agreement automatically renews year-to-year unless the school provides written notice of intent to terminate at least 60 days before an anniversary date. Sponsorship contracts with advertisers survive termination of the master agreement, and the school must honor all such advertising contracts until their conclusion.
