The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency engaged LHB to update Oakdale’s community-wide greenhouse gas emissions data through the Regional Indicators Initiative, with results covering 2007–2024. LHB is also delivering a virtual presentation of the findings to the Environmental Management Commission as part of the Local Climate Action Planning Grant.
