Effective upon execution; initial term three (3) years, then automatic five (5) year renewal and additional five (5) year term by mutual agreement

Initial three (3) year term effective upon execution. Thereafter, the Agreement renews automatically for a five (5) year term and, by mutual agreement, for an additional five (5) year term. Either party may terminate without cause upon ninety (90) days’ prior written notice, and the Agreement may be modified or amended by mutual written consent.
