Description

Oswego County and partner municipalities are utilizing short-term and long-term financing from the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation to fund the Phoenix wastewater treatment and conveyance project. The financing package includes over $12 million in short-term financing and $4.7 million in long-term Village debt supported by capital fee payments from the Town and IDA.
