The City approved Change Order No. 5 with R & R Excavating, Inc., adding $25,703.96 to the Silver Lake Infrastructure Improvements Project to replace a known lead water service and correct shared sanitary services at 709 and 713 Main Street West. The amendment, fully eligible for USDA-RD water funding, leaves the substantial completion date of November 15, 2026 unchanged and brings the total contract to $17,398,691.80.
