Dallas is set to approve the issuance of up to $30 million in multifamily residential mortgage revenue bonds by the Dallas Housing Finance Corporation to finance Huntington Place Senior Living Dallas. Bond proceeds will be loaned to Huntington Place Senior Living Dallas, LP and affiliates to develop an affordable senior housing complex on West Camp Wisdom Road.
